How can I get Embarq to send me high speed internet?

    You need to contact them and find out out if/when they will have service in your area.

    It’s not a matter of them just clicking some keys on a computer to get you HS Internet in your area like switching on a circuit. It has to do with the Lines going to and from your house. These are NOT DSL compatible lines. So until they change them, you will be on dialup.
    It was the same way here for years until AT&T got DSL Lines installed into our area…
