No, they have no reason to, and no, it is not possible to connect without using a paid provider. Learn how the Internet works for more info on why.
the above anwser is true but by my opinion they should just make everyone have high speed internet everyone would be so much happier :I

It slike saying, FREE electric for everyone.
Its not going to happen.
they will never do it, if it will happen then how all setups of companies isps will run? everything which you are getting should have to pay some thing in return!
but the rates may be decrese due to competition
no because it’s kinda like cellphones you have to pay alot to transpot mesages just like if you sent the letter a on a text message then you would have to pay for it.
